End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Service

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (“Player,” “User,” or “You”) and Takahouse (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) regarding your use of the Whist game software, related services, and content (“Game”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not install, play, or use the Game.

1) License Grant

Takahouse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Game on your personal device(s).
• Play the Game for your personal entertainment and non-commercial use.

You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the Game; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law); or use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission.

2) Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Game—including graphics, text, code, sounds, and gameplay design—remain the exclusive property of Takahouse. This Agreement does not give you ownership rights, only permission to use the Game as licensed above.

3) Online Play & Accounts

• Some features may require an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Do not share, sell, or trade your account.

4) Fair Play & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software to gain advantage.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players.
• Upload or share offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of access.

5) Virtual Items & In‑App Purchases

• The Game may offer virtual coins, cards, or items for purchase.
• Virtual items have no real‑world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• All purchases are final and non‑refundable unless required by applicable law.

6) Updates & Changes

Takahouse may update the Game to fix bugs, improve performance, or add/remove features. We may also update these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error‑free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any particular score or outcome will be achieved.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takahouse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data; or loss of enjoyment arising from or related to use of the Game. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Game.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these terms or applicable laws. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game and ceasing all use.

10) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Suadi Arabia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Where local mandatory consumer laws apply, you retain the protections afforded to you by those laws.
